Information About Reporting

Before you make a Survey Results Report (SRR), there are some things you must know. After reading the following, click "Make A Report" to post results. Follow the instructions as closely as possible. Each version of the survey must be reported slightly differently.

You Must Know:

  1. All reporter information is required to validate the authenticity of reports. The "Church or Organization" field may not apply to you so enter "personal use", "mission preparation", etc. as it applies to your situation.

  2. Please do not post duplicate reports. Any report from the same sender with the same date will be deleted.

  3. Please feel free to include any comments, suggestions, or questions concerning the survey in the "comments" blank.

  4. You will receive a report by e-mail summarizing your area's responses. A printed version will be sent via regular mail (snail mail) to for you to make copies to send throughout the community. It make take several weeks to receive reports depending on work load, so please be patient.
